Home Equity Loans

You can use the equity in your home to borrow for almost any purpose including home improvements, cars, college, investment opportunities, even to pay off high-rate credit cards. In most instances, the interest paid on a loan secured by your home is tax deductible. Please see your tax advisor for more information.

Fixed and Variable rate Home Equity Loans are available. With a fixed rate loan, your rate will be set at closing and guaranteed for the term of your loan. Rates are competitive and with a fixed rate loan, your regular monthly payment will remain the same throughout the term of your loan. 

With a variable rate line of credit, you can draw against the line any time, simply by writing a check. You apply once, and your line of credit is available for three years. Your monthly payment will be 1% of the outstanding loan balance on the day your billing statement is produced. Closing costs may apply.

We also offer personal secured loans and single payment loans. Loans secured by your Certificate of Deposit or other collateral. Automatic payments are available from your CSB BANK account and will result in an interest rate reduction of 1/4%.
